Meet Tuesday
I am a registered dietitian specializing in nutritional counseling for people diagnosed with chronic disease such as cancer, heart disease, and diabetes, as well as those interested in preventing disease and managing their weight. I understand how difficult it is to make habit changes to improve your health and quality of life. I works one on one with my patients to provide support, education, and the necessary resources to make long lasting changes in your eating and overall health.
For the past 8 years, I have been working closely with people of all different ages, backgrounds, and stages of cancer diagnoses. During this time, I realized how important it is to be proactive with improving health to actually reduce risk of diseases before they occur. This helped me to devise the most comprehensive and effective nutrition programs for disease prevention. All of my nutrition programs are tailored specifically to the need of the individual. I realized there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach when it comes to a healthy lifestyle.

Tuesday teaches you how to nourish your body rather than follow a fad to try to look a certain way. If you are confused or stressed about what you should be eating, Tuesday makes it very simple, and teaches you the few things you really should avoid but that everything else can be enjoyed in a healthy way and you don't need to restrict. I regained my excitement and interest in cooking, stopped avoiding certain foods, increased the variety of what I eat, introduced so much more nutrition into my diet, and gained more energy to start working out again. -Ffion

The personalized aspect was extremely helpful! I have learned more than I ever thought I would! Not only did I learn what and when to eat, but I learned personalized tips about what is best for me to be doing! I learned how to get the nutrition I need while avoiding my allergies AND keeping my goals on track. I even learned how to set goals, and reset them when I get off track!
