Nutrition Counseling Services

I'm super excited about the possibility of working together! I accept most major insurance plans: Aetna, BCBS/Anthem, Cigna, UnitedHealthCare, Medicare and coming soon: Humana! Most insurance companies will cover nutrition counseling at zero cost to you. If I do not participate with your insurance plan, I can provide you with a super-bill that you can submit to your insurance plan for out-of network reimbursement. My out of pocket rates are $150 for an initial visit and $80 for a follow up. I currently provide appointments 100% via tele-health.

Please be aware that my current licensure allows me to accept clients located in the current states at time of appointment: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Wyoming, Vermont, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
