I’m Tuesday, a registered dietitian with over eight years of experience helping individuals improve their health through personalized nutrition. I work with clients seeking support for weight management, digestive health, disease prevention, and overall wellness, while also providing specialized nutrition care for those navigating cancer and other complex medical conditions.
I understand how challenging it can be to change habits and know what nutrition advice to trust. That’s why I work one-on-one with each client to provide practical guidance, education, and ongoing support to help you make sustainable, long-term changes that fit your lifestyle.
Throughout my career, I have worked with people of all ages, backgrounds, and stages of health, including individuals undergoing and recovering from cancer treatment. This experience has reinforced the importance of both specialized nutrition care during illness and a proactive approach to reducing disease risk through everyday habits.My approach is individualized and evidence-based. There is no one-size-fits-all plan — every nutrition program is thoughtfully tailored to your goals, health needs, and life circumstances, so you can feel better, build confidence, and support your long-term health.

Tuesday teaches you how to nourish your body rather than follow a fad to try to look a certain way. If you are confused or stressed about what you should be eating, Tuesday makes it very simple, and teaches you the few things you really should avoid but that everything else can be enjoyed in a healthy way and you don't need to restrict. I regained my excitement and interest in cooking, stopped avoiding certain foods, increased the variety of what I eat, introduced so much more nutrition into my diet, and gained more energy to start working out again. -Ffion

The personalized aspect was extremely helpful! I have learned more than I ever thought I would! Not only did I learn what and when to eat, but I learned personalized tips about what is best for me to be doing! I learned how to get the nutrition I need while avoiding my allergies AND keeping my goals on track. I even learned how to set goals, and reset them when I get off track!
