I provide one-on-one virtual nutrition counseling to help you improve your health, manage medical conditions, and build sustainable habits that last. While I specialize in cancer support and digestive health, I work with clients across a wide range of needs, including:
Appointments are 100% virtual and most major insurance plans are accepted, with many clients paying little to no out-of-pocket cost. Every plan is individualized, no meal plans you can’t follow, no extremes, and no one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we’ll create a clear, realistic plan so you can feel confident in your nutrition and supported in your health. |

Insurance Coverage:
I am in-network with most major insurance plans, including:
Most clients are able to utilize their insurance benefits and insurance plans usually cover nutrition counseling at little to no cost. If I am not in-network with your plan, I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Self-Pay Rates:
I am licensed to work with clients located in the following states at the time of their appointment: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Vermont, and Virginia.
Licensure is currently in progress for:
South Carolina, Delaware, and Louisiana.
I am in-network with most major insurance plans, including:
- Aetna
- Blue Cross Blue Shield / Anthem
- Cigna
- UnitedHealthcare
- Medicare (covers only diabetes and advanced kidney disease)
Most clients are able to utilize their insurance benefits and insurance plans usually cover nutrition counseling at little to no cost. If I am not in-network with your plan, I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Self-Pay Rates:
- Initial visit: $225 for 90 minutes
- Follow-up visit: $110 for 60 minutes
